The Listed Property Show at Olympia was held on the 20-21st February and brought together the industry representatives under one roof. The event included architects, planners, window and door manufacturers, craftsman and ‘caring’ builders as well as information about planning, the law, grants, reclaimed materials, etc. The show was an interestingly interactive and engaging platform. There are 450,000 listed properties in the UK: 38% of Listed properties are domestic dwellings and 15% of Listed buildings are pre-1600.
