We are very pleased to announce, another planning application has been granted. On this occasion it was a scheme for a residential dwelling seeking the addition of a small rear extension to a Grade II listed building.
The property is located in a conservation area in Steyning, West Sussex at the Old Priory. It's close proximity to an environmentally sensitive area of outstanding beauty meant the scheme was carefully considered and sensitively designed. The intention of the extension was to create an additional family kitchen space and designed to take advantage of the beautiful views of the rear garden.
Planning Permission was granted in July 2019.
