Listed Building Consent for an Extension to an Existing Town House

Planning & Listed Building Consent has just been granted by Arun District Council for an extension to a Grade II Listed Building in Arundel. The works include for an en-suite shower room at first floor level.  The proposal will improve the usage of the dwelling, whilst respecting the historic fabric of the building.
